FHC Shanghai Global Food Exhibition successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Center! The exhibition is jointly organized by the Shanghai Catering and Culinary Industry Association, Shanghai Bohua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Food, Soil and Livestock, and the All China Federation of Baking Industry Associations. It lasts for three days and brings together exhibitors and exhibition groups from 30 countries and regions around the world, industry experts, and buyers. Through a combination of exhibitions, conferences, competitions, and market activities, it presents a high-quality food and beverage trade event.

The changes in economic development and dietary structure have opened the prelude to a new round of transformation in the food and catering industry, while also bringing new opportunities and challenges. The 27th FHC Shanghai Global Food Exhibition will return in the golden autumn, upgrading and creating a new content section, connecting domestic and foreign exhibition groups and exhibitors, gathering global masterpieces, including high-end events, cutting-edge viewpoints, trend insights, reshaping the industry pattern, and exploring trillion dollar business opportunities.

FHC上海環球食品展在上海新國際博覽中心圓滿收官!展會由上海市餐飲烹飪行業協會與上海博華國際展覽有限公司、中國食品土畜進出口商會與全聯烘焙業公會聯合主辦，為期三天，來自全球30個國家和地區的參展商及展團，行業大咖和買家相聚于此，以展、會、賽、集市活動相結合的豐富形式，呈現了一場高品質食飲貿易盛會。

一、推動食飲消費新時代

上屆FHC上海環球食品展總展覽面積達到170000平米，2500家來自全球各地的優質展商，攜10萬+特色展品，吸引了超過111個國家及地區的買家154850人，較2021年增長43.8%，較2019年多觀眾人數比例增長15.77%;其中海外觀眾4870人。

觀眾分別來自餐飲、商超及便利店、酒店、西餐及輕食、咖啡烘焙、茶飲、甜品、源頭工廠、食材及供應鏈等經銷商、代理商、采購商、服務供應商等行業細分領域。

FHC 2024將進行全面升級，豐富展示品類，積極鏈接商超零售、品牌連鎖、折扣店、買手、社區團購等新興業態，觸達行業各領域買家，高效匹配商貿資源，共創一場高規格、高標準、高質量的精彩盛會。

二、全新升級12大展覽板塊

FHC 2023吸引了眾多國內頭部品牌，包括蒙牛、雨潤、億滋、梅林、荷美爾、益海嘉里、龍大、五豐、妙多、王力等，覆蓋休閑食品、飲料、乳品、巧克力、預制菜、肉類及水產、烘焙等多個領域，全方位滿足觀眾的商貿采購需求，國內、國際展商也對FHC給予了高度贊譽。

FHC 2024將全新升級為12大展覽板塊，包括肉類及水產品、休閑食品、乳制品、甜食及巧克力、餐飲供應鏈及食材、調味品及糧油、咖啡茶飲、烘焙輕餐、食品加工及包裝、預制菜及中央廚房，以及新增的罐藏食品、火鍋食材及用品兩大板塊，傾力打造覆蓋全產業鏈的商貿平臺，促交流，謀發展。

三、擴大國際合作互通

上屆展會迎來了意大利、丹麥、日本、韓國、馬來西亞、俄羅斯、泰國、英國、歐盟、比利時、土耳其、美國、西班牙、奧地利、德國、加拿大、澳大利亞、塞浦路斯、沙特阿拉伯等30個國家及地區的展團，400家國際廠商，約800參展品牌，跨越重洋，為尋求增長而來。

2023年12月1日，中國決定試行對法國、德國、意大利、荷蘭、西班牙、馬來西亞6個國家持普通護照人員單方面免簽政策，2024年3月起中泰兩國將互免簽證。一系列利好政策出臺，為各國人員往來、貿易合作注入強信心。FHC 2024將乘勢而起，繼續以國際化視角放眼全球，拓寬國際市場，促進海內外貿易交流，實現中外企業"雙向奔赴"。
