本屆展會將全面升級12大食飲板塊，并啟動渠道選品大會、增設零售、電商類論壇，關注零售行業的巨大市場與潛力。同時，展會還將迎來FHC中國國際烹飪藝術比賽25周年生日，設立包含2024FHC澳洲紅肉庖丁挑戰賽在內的6項創新賽事，國際裁判助陣，全球數百名選手同臺競技。

1、規模升級，「食」力超群

2024年全年至2025年，已有16個酒店餐飲及食品系列全球展項目可供國內展商參與。

本次FHC上海環球食品展展出規模達200,000平方米，參展企業超過3000家，預計將吸引來自全球超過50個國家和地區的展團及展商，買家超過17萬。

2、國際視野，全球商機

本屆展會，來自意大利，美國，德國，英國，土耳其，捷克，日本，韓國，新加坡，泰國，越南，馬來西亞，南非，澳大利亞，秘魯，俄羅斯，奧地利，塞浦路斯，巴基斯坦，葡萄牙，瑞士，法國等國家及地區的展團及展商已確認入駐。

3、賽事，對決

今年的賽事精心劃分為烹飪與輕餐兩大熱門類別，國內外數百名選手共赴FHC，其中，賽事FHC國際烹飪藝術比賽將迎來其25典。大賽也吸引了中國、亞洲、歐洲、美洲等國家和地區的廚師，他們將在這個國際舞臺上一展身手，展現各自獨特的烹飪技藝和創意。

現場還將設立2024FHC環球美食節主題展區，國內外廚師團隊、米其林餐廳主廚等將根據參展商食材進行現場烹飪和展示，全方位展現食材特點及應用場景，為餐飲、食品加工等買家帶來一場別開生面的交流盛會。

同時，FHC與澳洲牛羊肉行業共同聯合主辦的2024年FHC澳洲紅肉庖丁挑戰賽，作為FHC歷史上舉辦的肉類分切競技賽事，也將隆重登場。

4、渠道選品，促進貿易合作

本屆FHC上海環球食品展特別推出了"2024FHC渠道選品大會"、增設了獨立的買家專場，還特別設立了達人選品空間。

About Us

Jointly organized by the Shanghai Culinary Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show has been successfully held for 26 editions. Reflecting on the previous exhibition, delegations and exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and the United States, participated.
